Unforeseen and unexpected losses can happen. For additional protection for your belongings, all customers are required to provide property protection while in storage at Ranpac Storage. Ranpac Self Storage proudly offers our Customer Goods Protection Plan (“Plan”) to new and existing customers. This Plan will satisfy Ranpac Self Storage’s property protection requirement. The Plan offered is a month-to-month policy that costs $12 per month and provides up to $2,500 in protection with no deductible. We offer higher coverage amounts for an increased monthly premium. (Please see below under Cost) Our protection plan is specifically designed for self-storage.
Otherwise, you may choose to use your own homeowner’s insurance plan as proof of property protection. It must be evidenced by including Ranpac Self Storage on the declarations page and a copy the declarations page must be given to our staff. The name and address of the insured must match the name and address listed on the lease agreement with Ranpac Storage.
